Guide talent development and skill enhancement by promoting effective leadership training. We have proposed a strategic development plan for the coaching program for executives and high-performance leaders, which includes an evaluation process and executive coaching courses.

Optimal performance oriented approach. The objective of this approach is to develop and strengthen leadership, from the proposal of positive psychology, authentic leadership, incorporating skills and coaching tools for high performance, taking advantage of the GROW model of coaching, from a strategic perspective.

The program proposes an active methodology, which proposes a 10/20/70 learning strategy: 10% academic reinforcement, 20% reflection and discussion, 70% application.
